🌸 Flowers & Orders
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes — we offer same-day delivery across Sydney for orders placed before our daily cut-off time (11am). If you need urgent delivery, we recommend calling us directly to confirm availability.
Do you offer flower pickup in Seven Hills?
Yes! You can select in-store pickup from Seven Hills at checkout. We’ll have your order ready at your selected time during opening hours.
What areas do you deliver to?
We provide Sydney-wide delivery. Delivery fees vary depending on suburb and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I request specific flowers?
You can absolutely share preferences in the order notes. However, as we work with fresh seasonal flowers, availability may vary. We may substitute blooms with similar flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the same colour palette and style.
What if I’m not happy with my flowers?
Because flowers are perishable, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with clear photos if there is an issue. We will assess and offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit where appropriate.
🎈 Balloons
How long do helium balloons last?
Float time varies depending on temperature and conditions. Typically:

Standard helium balloons: 8–12 hours

Foil balloons: 2–5 days
Extreme heat, cold, or high ceilings may reduce float time.
Can I pre-order balloon arrangements?
Yes — we recommend pre-ordering balloon arrangements at least 24 hours in advance, especially for large displays or custom designs.

Can I return a gift item?
Non-perishable gift items (unused and in original condition) may be exchanged within 7 days with proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Food and café items are not refundable.

What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Do you take café bookings?
For small groups, walk-ins are welcome. For larger bookings or special gatherings, please contact us in advance.
Do you offer catering?
Not at the moment — in future, we can provide floral styling and selected café catering options for small events. Contact us to discuss your needs.
🚚 Delivery Questions
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in a safe location where possible. Once delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather or theft.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address. Redelivery fees may apply.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options (if available at checkout) and cash in-store.
